Emily is the founder and CEO of Hexx Mafia, an independent music label and merch brand built on collaboration, culture, and creative freedom. A U.S. military veteran, she brings the same discipline and drive that defined her service into building the label from the ground up overseeing everything from artist development to brand direction.
Outside of Hexx Mafia, Emily works in horticulture, bringing a hands-on, growth-minded approach to everything she builds whether it's a garden or a roster of artists. Her vision for Hexx Mafia is rooted in creating a lasting platform where artists can thrive without compromise.
